Your privacy is not a legal formality for us — it's central to how we built AltoUnlockPDF. We do not store your uploaded files. All documents are processed in memory and deleted immediately after conversion. We have no interest in your documents and no business reason to keep them.

Files You Upload

When you upload a file to convert, it is processed solely for the purpose of completing your conversion. Files are held in temporary memory for the duration of processing (typically under 30 seconds) and then permanently deleted. We do not back up, log, index, or analyze the content of your files.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage statistics (page views, conversion counts, tool usage) to improve the service. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is never sold.

Contact Information

If you contact us via our contact form or email, we retain your message and email address to respond to your inquiry. This is not shared with third parties.

Cookies

We use minimal, privacy-respecting cookies:
